Welcome to Bellevue LASIK & Cataract

Over 75,000 People Have Chosen Bellevue LASIK & Cataract for the Seattle area's best laser vision correction and eyecare.

Since 1991 Bellevue LASIK & Cataract has focused on providing the greater Seattle area with the highest quality vision care with safety as our governing principle. We provide full vision care to ensure that you receive the correct treatment for your unique pair of eyes. Our doctors will not approve you for a vision procedure unless you are an excellent candidate and have the right vision characteristics to support the procedure. This helps to minimize complications and ensure the best outcome.

While we have had an impressive number of patients put their trust in us over the years, our focus is always on the person. You’ll never "feel like a number" when you come to us for any vision need - from LASIK or cataract surgery to routine eye exams and eye disease management.

Dr. Kent Leavitt and Dr. Christina Farag are ready to be your Seattle LASIK providers for life. Contact us today to meet our outstanding team!

Meet Our Doctors

The experienced eye doctors of Bellevue LASIK have provided state-of-the-art, professional eye care services to the greater Seattle area since 1991. They've worked hard to establish a reputation for excellence and exceeding their patients' expectations in all aspects of opthalmology.

Dr. Leavitt is skilled in LASIK as well as alternative vision correction technologies such as ICL, premium cataract surgery and lens replacement, corneal transplant surgery and surgical treatment of eye diseases.

LASIK Experience:

  • Combined, Drs. Leavitt and Farag have performed and cared for well over 20,000 LASIK patients.

  • Dr. Leavitt was the first ophthalmologist in the Seattle area to perform IntraLase™ bladeless and custom iDesign guided laser vision correction surgery.

  • Drs. Leavitt & Farag have both undergone LASIK surgery themselves.

  • Dr. Leavitt's conservative approach means approximately 10% of patients interested in LASIK are not candidates. However, he is able to recommend and provide alternative vision care for the vast majority of those patients.

  • Dr. Leavitt frequently treats cases referred by other LASIK surgeons and has a well-founded reputation among his peers as a leading eye surgeon in the Seattle area and the Pacific Northwest in general.

Affordable Financing Options

Affording LASIK

LASIK is an elective procedure and is usually not covered by medical insurance. That means you’ll have to pay most, if not all, of the fee out of your own pocket. The good news is that we offer monthly payment options that can make 20/20 vision or better as affordable as a few dollars a day – and without the ongoing costs of contact lenses.
