Procedure fee
Annual eye exam and enhancement evaluations outside of the 3 month post operative care are not included in the procedure fee.
The fee does include:
- Pre-operative consultation
- three months of post-operative care related to that surgery
- LASIK procedure and enhancements for 18 months
